We own what a product means; Stripe owns what it costs. Prices are resolved from Stripe by lookup key, so re-pricing is done in Stripe and picked up here — no deploy.
To change a price, create a new Price in Stripe and transfer the lookup key to it (--transfer-lookup-key). Anyone already subscribed keeps the price they signed up at.
